Outlook on Global Renewable Energy Prospects and Zero-Carbon China
Abstract: Hosted by The Energy Investment Professional Committee (EIPC) of the Investment Association of China (IAC), the “Outlook on Global Renewable Energy Prospects and Zero-Carbon China” special session of COP 28 China Pavilion • Renewable Energy Day event holds a theme of “Reshaping the World’s Energy, Envisioning a Zero-Carbon Future”. This event is a collective effort to advance the multilateral process of climate change, upholding the goals and principles of the ‘United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change’ and the ‘Paris Agreement’, and aims facilitate in-depth discussions on topics such as energy transition, green industries, international cooperation, and climate finance, while also calls upon nations to shift from pledges to action and to accelerate the embrace of the ‘carbon-neutral’ era.
Special Session on Wind, Solar, Hydrogen, and Energy Storage
Abstract: Hosted by the Energy Investment Professional Committee(EIPC) of the China Investment Association(IAC), the ‘Wind, Solar, Hydrogen, and Energy Storage’ special session at the COP28 China Pavilion • Renewable Energy Day event is themed ‘Zero Carbon China, Zero Carbon World’. This conference, centered around the ‘dual carbon’ goals, takes technological innovation as its starting point, and aims to develop a safe and efficient clean energy system through the complementary and collaborative advancement of wind, solar, hydrogen, and energy storage.
